Events
With the cooperation of the Nagoya Immigration Bureau, the Aichi Labor Bureau, and Aichi Prefecture, we provide specialized consultations for foreigners on matters related to residence, labor, and consumer affairs.
If you wish to use this service, please make a reservation in advance.

Consultation overview
Date and Time
Residency: 3rd Wednesday of every month, 13:00-17:00 (If the day falls on a public holiday, the event will be held on the same day the following week)
*Staff from the Nagoya Immigration Bureau will be dispatched to assist you.
labor relations: 2nd Monday of every month, 13:00-17:00 (If the day falls on a public holiday, the event will be held on the same day the following week)
*Staff from the Aichi Labor Bureau will be dispatched to handle the matter.
Consumer Affairs：4th Monday of every month 13:00-16:30 (If the day falls on a public holiday, the event will be held on the following day)
*A consumer affairs counselor will be dispatched from Aichi Prefecture to assist you.
*Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Up to 4 people (groups) per day.

Although this service is targeted at foreign residents, if there are no reservations made one week in advance, we also accept inquiries from foreign consultation desks, various consultation organizations, supporters, etc. Please contact us if you are interested.
