Information Counter This area offers counseling to people from foreign countries concerning their daily life in Japan and provides citizens with various information and materials regarding international exchange. Free legal consultation for foreign residents (and visitors) is also provided. Material Corner Free materials, such as leaflets about international exchange activities, are available here. Application forms for various licensing examinations are also available. Exhibition Corner Traditional arts and crafts from overseas are exhibited here.

Library At the library you can read and borrow various books and materials concerning international exchange activities and foreign cultures, books for elementary and junior high school students, and guidebooks on Japan written in foreign languages.
Overseas Publication Corner Newspapers and magazines of various foreign countries are available here. You can also use our video booths.
Japanese Language Resources (Language Class Room) Volunteer groups provide educational materials and information regarding Japanese language education. You can participate in workshops held here.
