The difference between "dispatch" and "contract" labor
"Dispatch labor" means that while there is an employment contract
between the worker and the dispatching company, the worker is under the
orders of the company to which he or she is sent. In "contract labor,"
on the other hand, the worker both has an employment contract with the
contracting company and is under its orders, and in this case no direct
legal relationship arises between the worker and the company at which he
or she actually works.
