Workers' rights
Working conditions, such as working hours and wages, are regulated by the
Labor Law. This is only in cases when a worker has signed a labor contract
with a company, however. Recently, many companies have been signing contracts
with subcontractors to do the same work. In such cases, the Labor Law does
not apply. You should check which of these types of contract you are working
under.
